Branding and marketing for Listed Property Owner’s Club

Project Overview

Listed Property Owners Club is a membership organisation formed in 1997. It is Britain’s only service dedicated to helping the owners of listed buildings (there around half a million listed buildings in the UK) with practical information on how to maintain buildings correctly and preserve their heritage.

Philosophy was commissioned to develop the original LPOC brand and sustain all of the organisation’s membership communications and marketing. Members receive a log-book on joining, bi-monthly magazine and suppliers directory. Other marketing includes membership recruitment, event material and ongoing digital communication.

Philosophy also supports the branding and marketing of LPOC’s subsidiary company, Listed Property Insurance, a dedicated insurance company that offers household insurance for owners of listed properties.
