Project Overview

Working with Catalyst Housing to develop Southall Village, the multi-phased regeneration of the Havelock Estate, a neighbourhood of modern housing, open spaces and shops adjacent to the Grand Union Canal.

Philosophy’s brand and marketing campaign has developed and matured throughout the phases, while appealing to the existing local community and tenants, as well as private sales, shared ownership and shared equity purchases.

Following the success of Phase One, Philosophy has re-branded the development for Phase Two embracing the local Asian community while referencing the enviable Canalside, Parkside and Dockside districts.
