MSI Global recognised the need to modernise its image and strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading international associations of over 250 independent legal and accounting firms across 100 counties.

Philosophy worked with the Senior Executive to create a refreshed and articulated vision and mission, core messages and a set of ownable values. Each firm has its own strengths, capabilities and cultural differences so it was important that the new brand embraced this. The new brand attributes were then disseminated out through all marketing collateral including the Member’s Handbook.

The global website needed to enable each firm to book events, change their preferences and adapt its own marketing contacts and communication.

With Philosophy’s guidance, MSI Global now has a refreshed and contemporary brand, a user-friendly website and marketing collateral that attracts the right organisation to the association framework encouraging both existing and new members to grow their network.
