One of London’s leading property developers, responsible for the regeneration of Wembley and Greenwich Peninsula, appointed Philosophy to create its corporate brand strategy, brand identity, company-wide employee engagement programme and intranet.

Through Project Q, the internal identity, website, event and research programme Philosophy created to engage with Quintain’s employees, Philosophy concluded that Quintain’s focus centred around creating a great deal: creating ideas, creating partnerships, creating insights, creating opportunities, creating returns, creating neighbourhood, creating places, creating legacies. Quintain is creating the next chapter of a city that people want to be part of. Quintain is creating London.
