Case Study

Branding & marketing for Audiology House in SW18 Joseph Edmund

Project Overview

Audiology House is an opulent villa between London’s Wandsworth and Clapham Common. It derives its name from the 1930s hearing aid factory annexed to the rear of the building and was redeveloped by Joseph Edmund. This was the developer’s first scheme. The x19 conversion and new build apartments are stunning.  Special mention to our very cool film production crew – Ablinq.co.

Services

Marketing consultancy / Brand identity / Sales brochure / Advertising / Social and digital media campaign / Promotional items / Hoarding / Art direction

The luxury apartments within Audiology House were designed with the heritage of the building in mind, with experiential touches throughout playing to the senses. Light was used imaginatively to bring natural light in and consideration given to the space and sound of each room and external environment. Subtle modern styling throughout gave the apartments an intelligent and discerning tone.

Philosophy mirrored the tone of the development with a largely monochrome brand design, allowing architecture, interior design and lifestyle photography to shine through. Subtle textures were introduced to marketing literature, while the logo was slightly animated online to suggest musical notes being played.
