Project Overview

Clarasys commissioned Philosophy to re-brand its business as the management consultancy approached its 10-year anniversary. Both visual and verbal communication needed updating to help Clarasys target new opportunities in the marketplace and build wider awareness of the firm’s stand-out culture, service and results.

Making sure communication was exciting and fit for purpose for the next 10 years was key, as was helping Clarasys to stand out from the traditional consultancy set. People in the business also needed a set of tools that would help them talk vividly about Clarasys’ purpose, how the firm does what it does and the difference it makes.

Four internal workshops, combined with external qualitative feedback and competitor analysis, uncovered the distinctive way Clarasys does things and led to the creation of The Experience Consultancy as a core thought and strapline. The visual identity combined playful typography with pink highlights on black and white photography and a new set of illustrations to depict key messages and services.
